If you're ignoring most of your Sprint routes, what happens when provider 
B's circuit is down or BGP session is down?  Outbound traffic is 
relatively easy to balance.  I do it by prefering one peer or another for 
certain "high traffic" AS's, but never ignore routes unless I know there's 
something wrong with them.
