Hmmmmm... true in general.

Yet, prices are already rising based upon monopoly and general biz
practices.

Basically transport costs.

Note att and qwest etc.

What about the LEC that makes agreement with Microsoft or Yahoo to be the
isp.

Not only does the LEC get big $ from MSN, msn eats the bandwidth and
marketing bill, and pays for and builds new transport infrastructure etc
etc....

msn gets like $5 per month per customer per pipe.

LEC gets all the transport $.

What about these metrics or whatever you wanna call it?
