Sorta being done here by Rogers and Bell without the ability to see throughput. Got the bill and warning page to prove it. It does raise the question though of why should I pay for ads on your home page. Trouble is, when you clamp down on the fat asses, that's what starts to get you in trouble. My take? Let them go. You don't have to provide service to someone you don't want to provide service to. If they are using too much (regardless of the unlimited thing), let them go.
