wouldn't it make sense to set prices as "$x for x Mbps and x GB monthly, $0.10 per MB over"? Trouble is, when you clamp down on the fat asses, that's what starts to get you in trouble. My take? Let them go. You don't have to provide service to someone you don't want to provide service to. If they are using too much (regardless of the unlimited thing), let them go.
