Yet, is it laughable only because corporate greed drives the engines? More more more? I mentioned the word "stupid" because at times, I really believe that Dilbert'isms prevail. Many / most consumers use the networks very sparingly. In the past 10 years, we haven't had an issue that a faster NPE or a rare circuit upgrade couldn't handle.
