With dial-up you expected an occasional busy signal. You know that you get what you pay for with dial-up If you listen to Comcasts ads you expect the absolute best service in the world, period. Better then ATT, etc. They set the customer expectation that you will reach the INTERNET. The same internet that you would reach with Covad, New Edge, or NetZero. I challenge you to call a Comcast customer service person, order their service, and ask if you will reach the same internet as the other carriers provide. They dont know the difference, they dont know port blocking or traffic limiting. They know that they have a product to sell, something they think is the INTERNET And that is false advertising.
