Well, that came out lovely. It is relatively easy to estimate traditional TDM voice traffic since it
pays switched access charges. Since VoIP does not, it is essentially invisible.
And there is a serious problem of double counting since international voice carriers form multiple
layers selling to each other in a daisy chain.
