I think a lot more ISPs should look at getting their T&C's looked
into..
with this ever changing market, you can leave yourself open to a lot of
things..... or you can do what a lot of ISP's do.. surf other ISP's
websites and steal their contracts... not a bad idea to get an idea of
what people are doing, in fact, probably recommended... but you should
get someone to look at what you assemble yourselves.
